Dr. Kumazah holds a PhD in Mathematics Education from the University of Cape Coast and serves as a Research Fellow at the University of Education, Winneba, where he designs and coordinates research and innovation grant applications, builds M&E and evaluation frameworks, and mentors research teams. He has secured and delivered funded projects with the American Chemical Society, the British Council, UNESCO and T-TEL/Google/Kayma, and has trained national and regional enumerators for the Ghana Statistical Service, including the 2021 Population and Housing Census.

On our team Provides overall leadership and accountability for the firm, and leads the design of project M&E frameworks, baseline and endline assessments, technical reporting and donor liaison.

Ernest holds an MPhil in Curriculum and Pedagogic Studies and has ten years of combined experience in curriculum development, training delivery and inclusive education advocacy. He serves as an Inspector of Schools with Ghana's National Schools Inspectorate Authority, and has coordinated community engagement reaching over 600 people on the rights and needs of persons with disabilities, trained over 250 senior high school students in employability and digital skills, and built professional development programmes for 90 teachers.

On our team Leads curriculum and training-content design across our projects, ensuring sessions are pedagogically sound, accessible and appropriately paced, and supports facilitator capacity building and quality assurance of training delivery.

Samuel brings direct, hands-on technical training experience across agribusiness ventures, including mushroom production, oil palm production (SWAPP), composting and biofertilizer/biochar technology (CSIR-Soil Research Institute), and broiler production and livestock management. He has served as a Programme Facilitator with Solidaridad's Next Generation Cocoa Youth Programme and a Market Enumerator with the Ministry of Food and Agriculture in Guan District, and is a trainer of trainers in financial literacy and entrepreneurship. He founded Samsky Farms Ventures and the Samsky Foundation.

On our team Leads the technical delivery of vocational and agribusiness skills training in the field, and oversees the construction and setup of production infrastructure for our programmes.

Newton is a Chartered Accountant (ICAG) with a First Class MTech in Data Science and Industrial Analytics from Accra Technical University, and founder of Kinealytics Data Science & Software Consultancy and Fortress Capital, a microfinance institution serving underserved communities. He has built machine-learning-based risk assessment and loan portfolio monitoring systems, and previously served as a District IT Officer for the Ghana Statistical Service, coordinating field data collection.

On our team Manages project budgets, procurement and financial reporting; leads the entrepreneurship and business-management training component of our programmes; and anchors our IT wing's data collection and analysis systems.

Daniel holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Cape Coast, a BSc in Public Administration from the University of Ghana, Legon, and is a Chartered Human Resource Management Professional (CIHRM-Ghana). He also holds certifications in Records Management and Filing (PRAAD), Project Management (GSGL, Accra) and International Professional Computer Certification (AiT, Accra), and brings direct experience delivering orientation and capacity-building workshops for District and Municipal Assemblies on local governance frameworks, revenue mobilization and effective records management.
